Qigong (alternatively spelled chi gung or chi kung) is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.
When you practice and learn a qigong exercise movement, there are both external movements and internal movements. These internal movements or flows in China are called neigong or “internal power”. These internal neigong movements make qigong a superior health and wellness practice.
The internal movements also differentiate qigong from almost every other form of exercise in the West that often emphasizes prolonged cardiovascular movements (such as in running and biking) or that focus on muscular strength training (weightlifting).
For most people, the first and foremost benefit of qigong lies in the relief or prevention of chronic health problems. The range of maladies that have been helped by qigong in China include cancer, internal organ ailments, poor circulation, nerve pain, back and joint problems and general physical disease.

I have been an Qi Gong instructor for over 7 years, learning Qi Gong in Asia. Being impressed with how the Chinese Ancient practices heals the body and mind, I made the study and practice of the Chinese techniques my priority. Since then I have studied and got my Qi Gong Instructor Certificate, Training Diploma as Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and a Massage Therapist License.
For the past 5 years I have been a Qi Gong instructor, as well as a specialist for Meridian massage in Houston area. Combining my training from around the world (USA, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia) I want to help my clients by teaching them how to build resilience to life's stress, get balance and health in a natural way.
Qi Gong is Art of effortless Power❤️
Exactly one month ago, at the meetings of the Women's Club, at my house, I promised to share the practical knowledge of Qi Gong - Chinese exercise system.
Today's VIDEO 1 is offered for those who:
1. Want to be more healthy and energetic in a natural way.
2. Do not know anything about Qi Gong.
3. Heard about Qi Gong but did not try it yet.
During the performance of smooth, rhythmic, slow movements, shown by me on this Video, generation of internal energy in the body takes place.
This energy causes all the fluids in our body to move.
Because of that, detoxification supplies fresh oxygen to all tissues and organs, rejuvenation of each cells in the body takes place tthis time.
Therefore, after practicing Qi Gong, we feel more relaxed and energetic.
For the Video 1, I choose a set of exercises, reminding a dance. At first glance it is very simple. But this is only at a superficial glance.
In fact, slow movements combined with deep breathing give a healing effect to the body, recharging all the body systems.
If you are interested by this article, read the post named 10 benefits of Qi Gong on this page.
On the practice:
Take 5 minutes of your time when you are not busy.
Perform a complex of VIDEO 1 with me. Do not think about how to breathe, how to do it right.
Just copy the movements and try to relax as much as you can. This is the main idea, relax.
Take 1 minute after completing the complex in a relaxed state.
Try to feel any sensations in the body at this moment.
If you like these feelings - save this video and practice the complex every day😉
I tried to make the video and this comment on the video useful and interesting for you. If I did, give me feedback in the comments. For me it will be very valuable❤️
